Dear Friends,

 

In the light of the up coming World Social Forum to be held in Mumbai in January, 2003 and Justice Z.M. Yacoob's visit to India, India Centre for Human Rights and Law is inviting you to a panel discussion on 'viewing disability from a rights perspective - what South Africa has done to include disabled people in all walks of life.'   

 

Justice Yacoob who became blind at a very young age is one of the leading human rights judges of the South African Supreme Court.
