[IMC Bombay] TWiki pages on IMC India, IMC Mumbai

hi everyone,
  i know that people in IMC India and IMC Mumbai don't use your
publicly archived mailing lists much, so i guess you're unlikely to
use the TWiki pages. 

In any case, a TWiki page can be edited by anybody, and the indymedia
TWiki pages are intended to be self-organised documentation. It's a bit
like FAQ so that the next time someone asks "How did IMC India or 
IMC Mumbai get organised? Why is it now in situation X or Y?", they can
read for themselves...

Since i've helped a bit in both IMCs, i thought i'd write a first
draft:

The mailing lists archives provide one form of (electronic)
transparency, but the numbers of the emails in the archive sometimes
change, and TWiki lets you write nice html fairly easily.

Anyway, anyone feel welcome to correct/improve the page and or
make related TWiki pages as an aid in indymedia organising.
