[Imc-summaries] STATUS UPDATE: IMC-Finance Empowerment.

Here is an update on the imc finances working group from srom: Sascha

Hi everyone,

We have passed the main proprosal to empower the IMC-Finance working
group.  The IMC-London working group has asked for a one week extension to
the amended proposal discussion.  So we will move back the decision date
one week from April 30, 2002 to May 7 2002 Noon GMT.

The IMC-London working group will be putting forward an ammended proposal
for comment soon.

Here's what the process looks like thus far:

1. April 21th Noon GMT: Decision deadline to pass the IMC-Finance
Empowerment proposal except for the one problem area.

***PENDING***
2. April 21st-May 6th: Process the amended part of the proposal (i.e.
formulate proposals, translate them, consense, etc.).

3. May 7th Noon GMT: Decision deadline to pass the amended part of the
proposal.

In addition, if more time is needed to process ammended texts, we can
extend the discussion period by one week to May 14, 2002 at Noon GMT.
