[Imc-summaries] Asian IMC summary/projection Feb 2002

An imc-summaries entry for the Asian (apart from West Asian) IMCs
2001/2002, including a graph for the growth in mailing list
numbers. The good news is that Asian IMCs are slowly but steadily
building up local collectives, and both the India and Japan mailing
lists look like hitting good critical masses of 100-200 members by the
end of 2002, and there's even enthusiasm to try out a China IMC...
