[Imc-summaries] indymedia events

i'd say there was an interest in moderation. but no decisions as to who
would moderate and how the moderation should be done.

as long as this doesn't happen i won't be the dictator to tell you what
to read and what not. i'm in favor of having moderated summaries, no
doubt. but i think nobody at the moment is using that to post summaries,
and nobody seemed interested in making the decisions how to use the
list.

please do!!

so far i consider myself plain old administrator cleaning out the spam.
