[Imc-summaries] administration of the list

hi,

there were some reactions to my question concerning administration of
the list. most of them suggested to keep it moderated to avoid
discussions on the list. in the past this has been discussed and people
found the consensus to rather discuss on other lists and keep this one
for summaries. there are more than 500 people subscribed.

it makes sense to me.

so far there was one person administrating the list - i 'made myself
administrator', too, cause it seemed easier to keep up with new emails
to the list (administrators get notified automatically when somethin new
arrived). besides i got the password anyway and so it seemd more
transparent to be visible as administrator. 

i strongly urge some more people to volunteer for administration! this
way held emails will be processed even when i'm offline for a while,
which happens, obviously.

if there are objections to me being administrator or any of the things
that happened recently please say so!

by the way: there is a twiki page to this list/group - please have a
look and use the knowledge that is there!
