Wouldn't it make sense, since it's not for discussion, that there be only a
small number of people who can /send/ to the list? i.e. those who generate
the summaries. One or two people (whoever is on the team) would have access
to send, and nobody else.

There's no reason for the list to be open to replies /at all/, so far as I
can tell.
