[imc-tech-solidarity] Hi8 camcorders (or digital cameras)

Hi, this is hendrix from IMC Rosario (Argentina).
Due to the current situation in this city and the country in general, we see 
ourselves tie-handed by our low resources, making impossible to report with 
pictures all the simultaneous events happening as we currently have only one 
camera.
The first thing to ask would be a spare digital camera in some northern imc.  
This seems to be impossible to obtain so thanks to an Evan's idea I've changed 
my request to a Hi8 camcorder that will give us somehow the full coverage 
we're needing.
