[imc-tech-solidarity] Alternatives to the port of Rosario

We'd like to ask to people in Uruguay and Brazil to please do some research on 
their local imports legislation or talk to some customs agent or look some NGO 
or some way to enter the container JUST in case we can't make it here.  Taxes 
are high in places like Argetina if we can't bring it in free.
I've been told that Uruguay has a "free zone" in Colonia, for example.  Could 
somebody check that up?
