two quick thought on shipments

i think it is a great idea
but i think that method is not secundary in the building of this project

in this sense i have some observations/suggestions

working on the shipment is necessarily a cooperation work between the
people who prepare the stuff and the people who receive the stuff:
this because the process of distributing the pcs and of organizing
activities and education with them is something that the people on the
ground know more than those who prepare the stuff and especially because
all the communities have their own specificity

i think that often mistakes we global northeners have made in trying to
help the global south is thinking we should organize things for them
i think we have some role we can fulfill, but that other roles are
totally up to the people on the ground, and especially i think that
steps on common project have to be consensual, otherwise the project
risk to be a good idea, but far from the people needs and desires 

so for argentina and future shipments,
let's think about this

me and jb and many other argentinians are here on site and can think on
the many issue, as well as evaluate step further together :))))
