[imc-tech-solidarity] questions about the shipment

hi, after a meeting with a local NGO that COULD help us to import the 
container with tax exemption (this is difficult since there are probably only 
two organizations with this provilege and very related to goverments) some 
question arised for you (the group in the USA):
- If there is no way to avoid the taxes, you could pay for it, right?
- Is the container rented or included?

Someone suggested to see if we have the possibility to enter through Uruguay 
since there is a better chance of finding a "free zone" or something like 
that.

The other thing we need to talk about is which IMCs take a share of the 
computers and how many go to each country for their projects.
