Well, then we should move toward making it pass through for free.  Next week 
i'll have more info on customs and our local port (which may proceed 
differently from Buenos Aires, who knows... ).  The NGO working this out had 
an offer before from a large organization to import things freely but never 
used, so they'll ask how would that go.

I'll ask what it's avalable here.  Although we already have a place to stock 
them up but it's not so close to the port.... maybe with some trucks? :)
