Me gusta el interestes for radio (packet) por un network de nuestros.  La frequencia is muy importante.  802.11b (c,d,e,f, &g) are bandas en "gigahertz" , entonces son "linea de los ojos" pero muy rapido.  Otras bandas no son tan rapidamente, pero transmitan in todos direcciones.  Linea es mas seguro, pero menos "abierto" de situs.

I'm glad for interest in (packet)radio for your network.  Frequency is important/critical.  802.11xxxx are gigahertz bands , therefore they are "line of sight," but very rapid.  Other bands are not as rapid, but transmit all directions <even around buildings>.  The line of sight is more secure, but less open/choice to the placements.
