First the exciting news: there is a locally based NGO that is willing
to pay for shipping the computers to Argentina but we need to
provide them with name of a local group or NGO to recieve the computers. =
=20
They are also interested in shipping computers to South America on a regula=
r=20
basis. I heard about them through a contact in portland and I am
getting ahold of them today. The are called Mercy Corps and their website
is www.mercycorps.org. I don't really know anything about them other than=
=20
they seem to be a progressive NGO.
Second, for those handling the current paper work here in Portland we
have:
65 systems
72 Keyboards
8 Power cords
5 Apple Mice
8 Zipdrivers
7 Mac Printer
3 Scanners
5 Serial Mice=20
25 10/100 Switches 2 with Fiber
In Solidarity,
Joshua
