Hi, this is how I interpret it:

Hi Evan, the subject of the computers is in its final phase and it is a
question of days before retrieving them, for the delay in sending them,
$1,500 needs to be paid for storage, I don't know how much the solicitor
will charge, but I suppose around $500, the problem is that it must be paid
now and we don't have the cash.

Can you tell us how it goes with acquiring the rest of the cash, if perhaps
you can send it quickly, but even so it may not arrive in time.

So it seems they are either asking for $2000 to cover the storage of the
machines and the solicitor $500 just to cover the latter.

Anybody else?
