Novedades desde Buenos Aires.

Estuve hablando con los abogados para ver la posibiliad de acelarar lo más posible los 
trámites para que las compus no tengan que detenerse en San Pablo.

Lo que necesito es que me manden de Brasil la CARTA DE INTENCION (*) desde 
Brasil para poder iniciar cuanto antes el expediente en la Secetaría de Industrias acá 
que es lo que se puede llegar a demorar.

La CARTA DE INTENCION tiene que estar certificada por el consulado argentino en 
Brasil, y tiene que estar firmada por quien vaya a recibir las compus allá, tienen que 
mandar el original a Bs. As. por correo. 

En esta carta tiene que estar el detalle de las compus que van a venir acá. La hoja con 
el listado también tiene que estar certificada.
Entonces, esto recién se va a poder hacer una vez que este detalle llegué de Estados 
Unidos. 

Estos serían los pasos a seguir:

1) Esperar que esté el detalle que tengo entendido que lo iban a mandar después de 
embarcar las cosas, 
2)decidir qué equipos se mandan para acá, 
3)armar la carta con el texto que sigue (*)
4) Hacerla certificar en el consulado argentino en Brasil.
5) Enviar por correo la carta a argentina (después paso la dirección)

Esto es muy importante. Por favor cualquier duda o comentario escriban.

(*)Lo que sigue es el texto chequeado con la Secetaría de Industrias de Argentina para 
armar la CARTA DE INTENCIÓN:

 Educación, Comunicación y Biblioteca Popular, Asociación Civil sin
 fines de lucro, cito en la calle Virasoro 5606 PB, CP: 2000, de la
 ciudad de Rosario, Provincia de Santa Fe, República Argentina, los
 equipos que se detallan en el listado adjunto de bienes.
 Los mismos serán utlizados por Centro de Educación, Comunicación y
 Biblioteca Popular en proyectos no lucrativos que tiendan a promover
 la educación en ciencia y tecnica.

Nombre y firma de quien está haciendo la donación.

I was talking with our lawyers to find out the way to do all as fast as possible so the 
computers can don´t stop in Sao Pablo.

What we need is the people in Brasil to send to Argentina an INTENTION LETTER (*). 
This is a condition to move forward with the burocratic things here in the Industrie 
Department. 

The INTENTION LETTER must be certified by the argentinian consulate in Brasil and 
must be signed by who will receive the equipment in brasil. Then the original must be 
send by mail to argentina.

The letter must include ths complete list of equipment that will come to argentina. This 
page in the letter must be certified too.
We have to wait untill the people in USA send the list of equipment.

These would be the steps to follow:

1) Wait untill we have the complete lists of equipment to be shipped.
2) Decided which ones are coming to argentina
3) write the Intention Letter (*)
4) Certified the letter in the argentinian consulate in brasil.
5) Send the letter to argentina by mail.

cheked with the Industries Department.:

attached list.
The mentioned equipment is to be used by Centro de Educación,Comunicación
y Biblioteca Popular in non-profit projects tending towards promoting
scientific and technical education.
