This is not perfect translation of Loulee's email updating folks on the =20=

status of what is happening in argentina:

Update: The situation of the IMC Argentina collective in relation to =20
the computer project.

At this time we have had meetings to work with a group of lawyers who =20=

have offered to give us some direction on the legal aspects related to =20=

this project. Unfortunately so far we have not been able to get the =20
exact information we need yet. We hope to send a more complete update =20=

in two or three days. Relating to funding, we are translating the =20
funding request that Evan wrote to the list. As we said in our proposal =20=

regarding money, we believe that we'd let MercyCorps give us money if =20=

they did it through pay pal, otherwise it's the same problem. We think =20=

that using pay pal will solve things when it is ready.
