[imc-tech-solidarity] proposal/propuesta: using funds to reimburse mic / pagamos atras mic

This is a proposal to use our existing funds to pay back Mic who =20
fronted $400 of her own money to transfer the computers to the self =20
storage unit. Currently we have received $280 in donations to the =20
urbana champaign imc and $60 via pay pal. There is also $300 in the pay =20=

pal account which was donated during the fundraising for the ecuador =20
shipment but not used.

My proposal is that we pay Mic back the $400 and figure out how to pay =20=

next months storage which is $220 and will be due the second week of =20
April.
