puedo atender la reuniOn a UTC 22:00 jueves, pero...
personas necesitan mAs tiempo? o todas contentas con jueves?

propongo:
si cuatro personas responden y pueden atender a la reuniOn para
el tiempo UTC jueves de 15:00, bueno, entonces todas que pudean, atenden a
22:00 UTC jueves.
si no, entonces tenga la reuniOn mAs adelante.

I can meet at 22:00 UTC thurs, but...
do people need more time? or are all contented with thursday?

i propose:
if four people respond and can attend meeting by the time of 15:00 UTC
thursday, good, then all who can meet at 22:00 UTC thurs.
if not, then have meeting later.
