We need some information from you ASAP in order to move things here:

Name of the NGO who will officially send us the computers
Full address of the NGO
Name of legal representative of NGO

Consolidated list of the equipment to be sent
For example: 100 200 Mhz CPUs, 200 monitors, , 200 keybords, etc.
This is important because we wont be able to change, add or take anything 
from the list. If theres a chance to get more monitors or machines, we 
should do it now.
