hi,

I recently added to and edited the area in the docs twiki about
tech solidarity.  there's still a bunch of stuff to add and
update, but it's a start.

My specific involvement is with the Bolivia project, but I'm very
into the idea of better documenting all of these projects so that
others can benefit from the available collective knowledge.

Also i wonder if anyone is interested in an irc meeting sometime
in the next couple weeks?
