[IMC-Tech] one more question about the 'local' directory

hello

on http://sandbox.indymedia.org/mike/indysetup.php3 is written "All file
paths are relative to /www/cityname". that can't be true, because the
'local' directory in /www/switzerland is a link to /www/local and
doesn't have to do anything with the imc-switzerland page, does it?
so i think all file paths are relative to /www/active-cvs/cityname,
aren't they?
if the file paths would be relative to /www/cityname, the imcfront.inc
file would be in /www/local/include/ and that doesn't make any sense. if
the file paths would be relative to /www/active-cvs/cityname, the
imcfront.inc file would be in /www/active-cvs/cityname/local/include/
and that makes sense.
the only strange thing in /www/active-cvs/cityname/ is, that the index
file has an .cgi or .shtml extension and not a .php3 extension.

could you explain me that?
