(0) May your New Year be a happy one.

(1) I am not sure if the Tuesday meetings have been regular.  But if they
aren't, a more timely notice would be helpful, since I cannot check my email
everyday.

(2) The meeting time (4:00 am) is inconvenient for me (and will be for
techies I have been trying to recruit from this time zone).  Is there
another time that could be more inclusive?

I will try to stay up and make to the meeting, but I have a feeling my
exhaustion will triumph.
