[IMC-Tech] meeting tommorow - new times!

having times like this makes it much more likely to
have other techie people from these timezones (europe/africa/parts of 
asia) to join us
...not all people are happy about getting up at 2am to take part in 
an irc meeting
it's been a real struggle for me last few months ...
