[IMC-Tech] dates on newswire (again)

I wished I'd remembered to check this earlier in the month. Posts are
falling off the front page now.

Anyway, the problem is -- i posted about it at the beginning of december --
that the *homepage* newswire, not front.php3, dates are all the same. As
in, if on january 1st you have one post, you newswire dates would be
[headline]
j1
[headline]
j31
[headline]
j29
[headline]
j28
etc
Some sites work, some don't. Most sites have 'J' and 'D' on their top page
newswire. But on the Atlanta site they are all the same. You can't see it
now, because the december articles have fallen off the wire. Belgium's has
all 'A'. The Prague site appears to be a victim of this problem too, they
have a post up from January 28th already :) Italy it also a victim, with
posts from January 29th coming in before January 2nd. Anyway, those are the
examples I could find, and you can still see it active on Italy and Prague.

So what's the fix?

Thanks
Frank
