thanks.  we paid a lot of attention to performance in europe and asia;
if performance is an issue (for example, you connect and receive a poor
quality stream), please open a DOS window (start -> run -> "command")
and run "tracert www.loudeye.com".  copy and paste the output into an
email to me.

if i see any recurring performance problems, i'll investigate mirroring 
imc content to our other hosting facility in ashburn, virginia (which has 
or will have transit from genuity/gtei/bbn, abovenet, and 
xo/nextlink/concentric).  we do that for our own content, but for
redundancy much more than for delivery speed.

i'm still playing with rsync on this side, expect an update over the
weekend.
