sounds like a great start.
so this will be a good server to get people learning on
and get set up one step at a time.
i think me and other people here have the energy to
learn and contribute as much as possible.
we can ask for help from US/Aus/ etc. types when
we need it.

my idea is that it is essential to get tech team in europe going
and chances of getting that done in uk are good right now ...
coz putting more pressure on imc-tech doesn't sound like a good idea
.. if others think different .. great ... i'm happy to start giving accounts
to those who are up for doing sys-admin work and getting active code going
...


i'll write proposal for funding  in more detail later, things like tech
spec, what's server missing ...
...since last week was too much work to find time and write it down ....
