[IMC-Tech] HELP

Dear fellow outsiders,

For a week or so I could fill in the form to publish articles/jpegs 
on the http://prague.indymedia.org site, but then it wouldn't let me 
publish them because 'the server was not available' though I tried it 
several times.

Now when I go to the form THERE IS NO FORM. There's the introduction, 
and even the link 'to go straight to the form' but when you click on 
it you just get black space.

What to do? I have always extremely valued Indymedia, for the purpose 
it serves, but when it serves no purpose I am taken aback. Please 
Please Please fix it, as soon as possible!!!!!!  Or you can e-mail me 
if there is something I should know or have been doing wrong.
