[IMC-Tech] bandwidth issues / serving images off of sacco

Do we never serve images off of sacco for bandwidth reasons, or just 
because that's not what the code does?

I'm concerned about having broken images right at the top of the front page
while we wait for the next push_to_loudeye run -- would it be okay if the
images temporarily lived in a directory on sacco, until the push_to_loudeye
script happens (at which point the images would point to loudeye)?  Or do
we need to keep bandwidth usage low ... ? --j
