[IMC-Tech] [upgrading sites] --> language issues.

Folks, I'm hoping to get on and do some work with you during the meeting
on Sunday. I'm currently the one with the responsibility for getting the
new IMC in chiapas up and so i have a lot of interest in getting the
latest version and getting a tranlation in spanish.
I've been looking at the code for about 24 hrz now.
I thought it was more dynamic, i mean i thought the front page items were
coming from the database, not hard coded in the php files.
anyway, that's by the by. cool if we could get the latest stuff in spanish
my monday morning mexican time.
Also, i posted about this before, but no-one responded. I have an IRC
server available for the meeting if irc.indy is overloaded.
Anyone, who can and wants to test hooking the two servers up before then,
give me a shout.
