[IMC-Tech] bug w/ uploads

there seems to be a bug that appears when uploading long articles
(ie. those that get written out as files)

if the title of the article (which is used to generate the file
name) contains ' or " (and possibly other characters) then the body of the
article will fail to show up, displaying only the summary.

this has been reported happening several times on nyc.indy

this problem seems to be fixed by upgrading to the lastest version of
active. (which i just did to tech.indy so i could test if the problem was
still occuring, it wasn't!)

upgrading a site like tech.indymedia.org with some, but not extensive
local modifications took about 5 minutes.

i strongly reccomend you upgrade.
