[Imc-uk-features] feature proposal - Troubled Times

Anyone know how to replace an uploaded file with another?
The PDF of the newspaper described belowe is supidly large - 2.75mb
and I have created a smalled version that is less that 1mb.
I'd like to replace the file
http://images.indymedia.org/imc/uk/the_paper.pdf
with the new version.

Any ideas?
