[Imc-uk-process] call for irc meeting 1400, 18 april 2004

hi all

at the end of the last irc meeting on 21 march, there was a call from some
for another meeting and the above time and date were bandied around as suitable.

to this end i've created a twiki page for it:

the other thing that was discussed in the bar afterwards [so to speak] was
for a irc regular meeting [perhaps every 4-6 weeks].

agenda's a bit thin at the mo :-) feel free to add to...
