A couple of issues to consider.

Ilyan pointed out in one of his emails that some activists
in Wales don't like nationalism, so perhaps a Cardiff IMC
or something might make more sense... but this is not
something for us (people not there) to decide...

Second there are 3 regions where there are collectives
that we need to help set up pages for, Lancaster,
Birmingham and the South Coast... for me this is stuff
that is currently more urgent... for regional pages to
work they need a group of people to maintain them... it
would be great if this was the case for Wales but I don't
know if it is yet...

I guess this also points to the fact that the UK New IMC
Process still need sorting out... (as does all the
corresoonding techy howto stuff...).
