<DIV>second, after all was ready, they left their support cell and went out to conduct their terrorist strike. very likely they did not return to their support cells after they fired at their first target. very likely, they went from target to target without stopping at a support cell in between. they may have changed vehicles, they may have rested in large parking areas, and they may have hidden by staying in motion within the major traffic flow. they must have stopped to refuel. all their target areas had been scouted, planned, rehearsed, and then selected by the team leader. the final selection of targets was probably made as a random decision during the action and by the team leader. the time from first target to last target; and the number of targets; may have been planned, or decided by the team leader.</DIV>

<DIV>third; after their last sniper attack, they are now very much likely gone from the greater washington DC area. by now they may have stopped at a support cell, split-up and are hidding with three support cells, or they are traveling separately to different support cells. in the future they could regroup at a support cell. then they could scout, plan, rehearse, and strike again; anywhere in america. if they are alqueda terrorists, that is most certainly what they shall do. it is important to note; they could be from an ethnic group other than the arab-muslim-pakistani people. these terrorists could be white americans from the national alliance, the same white racists as tim mcveigh. then they would have different support cells; but their methods and tactics would be the same. these terrorists are not from the anarchist-punkie political cults, those groups do not initiate violence; but they do intimidate and instigate forceful counter-actions from the police at demonstrations and riots.</DIV>

<DIV>we must all be alert about the strong possibility of more sniper terrorism. we must help the police and all security forces to: both find information about these terrorist snipers; and equally important, we must not interfere with the work of the police. if this is an alqueda terrorist sniper team; then the arab-muslim-pakistani ethnic group shall prove to be the best source of information for the police. because; the vast majority of that ethnic group do not want to support any terrorism, they only want to live in peace.</DIV>
