hi,

have we contacted those folks who keep emailing the general list and tech
and check in with them again?  are they the same or different from those you
contacted bart?  just checking if we did it recently or talked with some of
these folks specifically.  maybe let's try connecting again.  although they
are probably a bit preoccupied right now.  just to let them know maybe our
process more clearly.

we did agree i think that until new requests have gone through the process
we are developing, we don't link to them on the cities list.  we gave san
diego a link on the upcoming events place even though they asked for it.
they understood that we are trying to maintain the integrity of this
process.

i propose we try contacting them again (especially if they are different
folks emailing the general and tech lists) and maybe, stefani, if you have
better/different contacts, maybe check in and see if there are any
questions.  we're trying to at least keep the process the same for all imcs
and hopefully improve it as we go.

as far as a feature on global, definitely!  i believe ryan and jay are
working on it as we speak.
