True.  I agree that this is a good intro, and together with the formal part
it's ready right now to send to imc-process.  I do think because this is
the first "personal introduction" we received we should have a bit of room
to think about what will be the most interesting and effective kind of
personal introduction to send to imc-process.  That way we can be specific
when we talk to the next aspiring IMC, rather than just saying "send
something."  I personally think a message with a little more information
about individuals who we'll all be looking forward to meeting and a few
sentences about what the group has already done and what's to come would be
good, but if people want to roll with what's already there I have no
objections.  Vishal, any comments?

I haven't heard anything from Diane for a bit, but I'm sure a lot is
happening in NJ and there's not much time.  Perhaps part of the lag has
been the fact that in asking for a personal introduction we were so vague
and didn't really know what we were asking Diane to write.  Once we get a
better idea of what we mean, maybe the task of writing an IMC's
introduction will be easier.
