[New-imc] Virtual Palestine

Hi Praccus and everyone,

Sorry for such a long delay for response.  (The last week has been quite
crazy, hasn't it?)  I think the Virtual Palestine site looks really cool.
I see the newswire (under the "update" section, a bit hard to find, though
perhaps palestine.indymedia.org could point directly to it), and that's
cool too.  I guess my one concern still has to do with assuring that people
in Palestine are part of the coordination of the project, at least the
news-related part, and that they have access to the organizing going on.
Perhaps Enda or someone else from Virtual Palestine could describe some of
their outreach activities in the Occupied Territories?  I'm going to e-mail
IMC-Israel and ask them if they're still in touch with the Palestinians who
expressed interest in forming a site there.  Maybe they could all work
together.  
Regardless, I think the next step is for them to respond to the memership
criteria, and from there we can start asking all our silly little
questions.  Thanks, Praccus, for keeping communication going,
