Hi everyone at imc-process,

The San Diego IMC's "official" application for membership in the Indymedia
network has passed through the new-imc working group and now it's up to
imc-process to give the final thumbs up.  Check out their documents, which
I'm going to send in separate e-mails tonight.  If there's no dissent to
their application within a week, IMC-SD will be able to be linked on every
IMC site.  Sorry, everyone, that this took sooooo long.
