[New-imc] subscribe to list/ request for information

Hello,

My name is Justin Hyatt, and I am trying to start an
IMC in Budapest, Hungary. I have been told that I can
get more information on that by writing to this
address, and if I understand it right, this is also a
regular list that you can subscribe me to?

I am already beginning to meet with people who want to
help organize it, and I have taken information from
the process page, such as the faq and How to start a
new IMC. Plus I have been in touch with Jay (I don't
know if you know him).
