[New-imc] Hi from Norway

Hi all,
I'm subscribing here on behalf of the .no Tek Teem to keep our
Other IMCs list up to date with new countries.

As I don't really know what to say in this kind of an introduction,
I think I'll just say that we've chosen not to use the ready-made
distributed list of IMCs for the left menu. Rather we've organised
the IMCs from a Norwegian perspective, with our neighboring
Nordic countries on top of the list. Because of this, and because
we like to spell the countrynames in Norwegian, we have to
keep an eye on the new sites that are popping up.
