Hi Baltimore IMC, 

Welcome!  The deadline for people on the imc-process list expressing
dissent to your application has passed without a peep, and in fact there
were several people who expressed support.  So, imc-tech can now point
"http://baltimore.indymedia.org" to "http://www.baltimoreimc.org" and put a
