[New-imc] Fixing the new-imc form

hi, the form at http://newimc.indymedia.org was set up so NONE of the
textareas (supporting groups, resources to contribute, or comments) were
sent out to the lists.  i was about to correct this.

also i would like to add a privacy notification to newimc.indymedia.org
that any info submitted will be publicly accessible in our archives, so
only information that can be made public should be entered in the form.
