Thanks so much for writing!  There's so much to say. :)  I should have time
to respond in detail tomorrow night, but in the meantime we're asking
groups that are interested in forming local IMCs to start their
relationship with Indymedia by writing an introduction to the
new-imc at indymedia.org e-mail list, kind of an introductory essay to tell us
a bit about yoursleves, why you think an IMC in your area will be
beneficial, what groups in your region you've contacted and who is
interested in becoming involved, what you already have in place and what
grand plans you have for the future, that sort of thing.  I'm looking
through my archives -- have you sent something like that already?  I think
our previous communication may have been short, but if you have sent
something like that, send it along again so everyone can see.  We've found
that having that kind of introduction really allows us to get to know each
other from the very beginning.  Then we can start working through all the
details.  

Very exciting, the idea of starting an IMC in the Phillippines!  Looking
forward to hearing from you,
