Hi everyone,

The Milwaukee IMC's documents have been bouncing around this list for a
couple weeks, so I'm sure you've all seen them.  They've honed a couple of
their responses and have been finding some solutions to some tech problems,
so now I think the time has come for us to pass along their application to
imc-process.  I'm going to send their most recent responses to the
membership criteria and also their personal introduction.  If anyone has
any qualms let this list know by the 30th.
