[New-imc] Slowly starting an IMC in SD

Hey,

Just sending an initial inquiry/contact to you folks about a desire to start 
an Indymedia center in Rapid City, South Dakota.   This area, ninety miles 
away from Wounded Knee,  is full of important issues that are not covered by 
the corporate media -- from Treaty Rights of the Lakota, Dakota, and Nakota 
people to environmental and social issues.

We are now pre-organizing. We are looking for more people who might be 
interested.. People and resources are thin out here, so it might take a bit. 
Just wanted to contact you to let you know we are gong to start the ball 
rolling.  Studying your "how to" pages now.  We will contact you again later 
when we have a better grasp on all of this  and what potential and 
possibilities exist here.
