Hi bart, i'd prefer not to, since i keep hoping to quit new-imc,
and there's not much point me suggesting to Mumbai people that they
get grassroots people involved when i'm still a long way from 
getting local grassroots people *here* involved.

[The initial request from IMC PL should come through soon, but i think
there'll only be real grassroots involvement once a city IMC
collective gets into shape... People accept the principle, but at the
moment, the IMC PL collective is more electronic than face-to-face.

Count at least 6-12 months for any city IMCs to come through here...]

In any case, i think IMC Nice should be an easy case to handle, so
either it would be a very small workload for you to handle, or even
better some of the new people, e.g.

could learn by doing! And as the IMC Nice people would like to see their
collective as something like a cross-border (Fr-It) collective, all
the better that someone from Italy helps here...
