Iceland - are in early stages of applying - they are still setting up 
a collective  from the different projects that already exist

Scotland - have now met a few times after a very successful film 
night, and are going through the documents [contacted: 24 Apr 2002]

Wales - have a site but have not responded to the documents lately - 
i presume they are discussing it. [contacted: 29 Apr 2002]
