hey all,

my friend was up from syracuse this weekend. he was
asking how to become an imc and i gave him all the
information.

he will be contacting this list in a few weeks. it's
about time all the major cities in nyc were an imc,
now with this, it's possible and there is a big
activist network in syracuse.
