Hi Lloyd,

So good to hear from you.  I'm excited to hear that there's a working group
forming and that you're meeting to discuss the wonderful possibilities
ahead.  You're right, forming an IMC in a place with little to no Internet
access is a special challenge.  You're also right that an IMC is much more
than a web site, and that there are many ways to build an effective
grassroots independent media group that really connects with people.

Let me and/or the new-imc working group (new-imc at indymedia.org) know how
your meeting goes on Monday.  We'll be happy to give you all the help we can.
